Hello, my name is Ray Catania. I am a personal coach who offers an array of innovative services to assist my clients. Through guidance, I help each of them find clarity from within and achieve their individual goals, wants and desires.
What makes me unique is I have a developed intuitive mind, therefore, I am able to offer more than your standard life coaching platform or traditional cognitive therapy. I have spent the last several years of my life discovering and understanding human consciousness with both formal and informal education. I have a college degree in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and have been trained and coached by some of the greatest intuitive minds in the world. I am still a student myself as well as a teacher.
I have written and published two books. The first is about my own awakening and the second is what one could do to try to invoke this type of experience for themselves. There are absolutely no religious teachings in this coaching platform. It is strictly based on metaphysics and my own experiences.
I have helped many folks with a wide array of challenges including: anxiety, relationships, career, money, addictions, focus, fears, trauma and many more. The root of these problems usually lies right inside your subconscious mind. It is relatively easy to find if you know where to look. But for most it takes an unbiased observer to help guide the way. Self-limiting beliefs most likely took root long ago and it will take work to override them. None of the techniques are difficult but must be used often to have the success you deserve.
What makes this coaching platform unique is I use my formal training in Metaphysics and Universal Laws to facilitate a transformation of mindset from “I can’t” to “I can and I will.” I can assist you in the development of your intuitive mind while helping you achieve your goals.

INDIVIDUALIZED SESSIONS
We will work together in individual sessions which will be custom tailored to meet your wants or needs. There will be homework in the form of various exercises for you, and with distance healing from me, included as a part of the overall process. Even when we are not physically together, I will still be working with and for you.

If you are located in another part of the country, other arrangements for appointments can be made. Sessions may be in-person, by telephone, Zoom (video chat) or any combination of all three.
Each program is customized for the individual client. Sessions may be in person, online, by phone, or any combination of all three. Standard sessions run about one hour. All major credit cards accepted. Payment is due at the time of session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
